Deposits required for All Clients
Please note that a 50% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment with us. This deposit must be paid at least one week before your scheduled appointment.
This is a one-time deposit that ensures your appointment is reserved. The deposit is non-refundable if there is a no-show or if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be deducted from the service price on the day of your appointment.

Patch Test
For the safety and satisfaction of our clients, a patch test is required for all new clients or any returning clients who haven’t had a color service with us in the last six months. It is your responsibility to come in at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to complete the patch test.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice.
We will send you an appointment confirmation 48 hours in advance of your appointment to ensure you have enough time to move or cancel your appointment. These are sent via text, however, it is your responsibility to ensure you show up in the event that the text service is unavailable.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations hurt our business as, without providing us with enough notice, we are unable to offer your appointment to other guests on our waitlist (thereby losing a booking).
If you are running late, please call us straight away to let us know and be prepared that we may not be able to perform the full service you were booked in for. We will try to accommodate you the best we can but please understand that we need to run on time to avoid inconveniencing our other appointments.
Student and Children’s Appointments
Children’s haircuts are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays only.
Student haircut discount, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only.
Note: Student and Children’s discounts are not available for the month of December.
